Truckers Swift and Knight to Merge
😵 43.2 😉 23.2 😒 15.4 😐 13.4 Swift Transportation Co. is merging with Knight Transportation Inc. in a stock swap that would combine two of the biggest operators in a wavering U.S. trucking sector, which together are worth more than $5 billion.
